The Student Research and Creative Arts Symposium at Deree -The American College of Greece, is a testament to the enduring importance of human intellectual work and creativity. As we navigate an era of controversial developments in artificial intelligence, this symposium reaffirms our commitment to nurturing individuals who not only excel in independent scholarly and artistic endeavors but also advance the frontiers of human achievement on the intellectual and aesthetic plains.
Panos Vlachopoulos, Vice President for Academic Affairs

About the Student Symposium

The purpose of this symposium is to enhance student research and creative arts productivity at Deree by showcasing and celebrating student research, creative and artistic work. It further helps showcase the important work of faculty in supervising such work.

Undergraduate and graduate students submit work or independent research projects, either single or collaboratively produced, in the form of posters, 3MT-style oral presentations, design projects, IT and media demonstrations, creative works, visual art installations, and musical and theatrical performances.
